A few days before the 7th, an outsized number of reviews were posted in the Google Play Store for the Reserve app. This activity indicates to us that most of the 70,000 users were let into the app on the 4th, 5th, and 6th. Does your team process the KYC in advance and the users are let in at a later date or did your team process "70,000" users in the span of 3 days?
This assumes that everyone on the waitlist actually signed up when they were let off the waitlist. I don’t know the figure, but it was less than 70k
