Hey team I hold ORN in Binance and want to

move it to my ledger to stake via Metamask. Stupid question but when I transfer it from Binance to Ledger do I need to hold eth also to cover gas fees? If so how do I know how much to hold to make the transaction go through? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that - so if I transfer ORN via BSC from Binance to ledger does that mean I can only stake via that block chain also? And vice versa if does with etherium I can then only stake via etherium and therefore just need to hold the native token? Hope that makes sense, sorry have only bought and held but never actually moved tokens before

Yes, you'll only be able to stake via the binance chain if you own the bep20 token.

You have a choice to stake on either Binance smart chain or Ethereum. Fees on Ethereum can flucuate so much so putting a price on staking/voting/claiming/unstaking can be tricky. I personally leave around 0.1ETH on Ethereum for all actions
