Any developers willing to have a discussion about an idea

I have?

Looking to develop an application on telos native which, I feel will be an absolute banger of a system and looking for some directions on where to essentially start the process, however I have some cons:

a) not a developer but extensive experience in the industry the application will be directed towards
and
b) I don't know any one who could help, happy to pay for the time spent mentoring and giving directions.
