Soooo. Does anyone know how to get Avax C-Chain? if

binance is down, and the AVAX bridge does not convert to AVAX for some mysterious reason...

On Binance, can’t you still withdraw AVAX to the X-chain on the Avalanche Wallet? https://wallet.avax.network/ Within the Avalanche Wallet you can do a cross-chain transfer from X-chain to C-chain. Then you can send to your MetaMask wallet.
