time to close. I am in communication with your service team and I do get a response once in 72 hours...but this is extremely long. So far I have sent 4 messages and it's taken over 12 days to get responses and my case hasn't closed as yet. There is no way to have a conversation with the customer support team to resolve issue. The only way of communicating is sending a message and receiving a response after 3 days..this is like going back in time and sending telegrams. Is there any other way to get issues resolved quicker??
