If steam is doing this it makes me wonder how

Xbox or Sony will act. I feel like it’s gonna take a big time publisher *cough* ubisoft *cough* to make an imprint. Because I’m assuming a developer wouldn’t put NFTs in their game then make another version for steam without. Am I missing something? No NFTs or blockchain tech on steam means they are basically discouraging devs from doing it.

Sure but if Steam + Ps + xbox represent 99% of business, why would you go on ultra with nft that maybe requiere lot of dvlp? So maybe they will but as long as these actors don't show a damn for nft, the risk to see just a niche market is really existing

Their SDK cancel the lot of development, if I understood right. It’s easy for dev to publish and tokenise assets through it
