We've predominantly migrated support to the terminal help desk, please DM me if you're having any issues unanswered and I'll help resolve this
Yes one of the issues being raised for days is that the Helpdesk widget is not working correctly which kind of breaks the migration of the support there.
Thanks for raising the point from what you experienced with the widget and the other issues that you've encountered. A number of various people have also tried the widget from different browsers and from their experience it was working as it should. It could be that the issue lies with an individual's browser or computer setup if inconsistencies are found. As Timothea pointed out, we've now moved to a Help Desk feature which is there to deal with technical matters moving forward. The support user in here was a temporary measure until that was created. The new Help Desk allows for more efficient communication and dealing with queries. The dev team are working on a number of fixes to bugs that have been highlighted.
