My follow up question is, in places like Lebanon they are trying to limit capital flight by limiting withdrawals and conversion into USD. Will this sort of government policy not be a problem for Reserve?

We don't know exactly what the response of such a government will actually be once we appear on their radar (aka. when we get big enough). The way I see it, there's two ways for them to react: they could either see the value of a solution like ours to help their people from inflation, similar to the stance that Venezuela has been taking more recently, or they could try to not allow it, similar to what they are doing with pure USD right now. We don't know yet, and I'm sure more and more countries will soon officially announce their stance on crypto as a whole to give us more of an indication of what their reaction might be like. That being said, we are building Reserve in a way that it ultimately can not be shut down like Bitcoin. If we reach that level, Reserve's protocol could still stay alive even if governments wouldn't necessarily agree with that.
