There are still few technical hurdles before we can start

Telos Lands DAO LLC. We want to use existing dapps, like t-starter and Telos Decide, but these are not yet compatible.

The options are to:
- wait until these two products are compatible (maybe a WP would accelerate this)
- use Multisig (perhaps 3 of 5?) of some group to serve as the custodians of the DAO LLC’s smart contract. This would be faster to implement, but requires the trust of custodians. I would be fine with this if we started with a set of known community members or BPs as custodians.
