Can'T we take away the voting rights of the exchange?

1. Exchange delegated voting is clearly different from proxy voting.
2. Changing a proxy is easy, but moving an exchange is difficult

Like on any other network, if you have enough stake, you can change whatever you want. Just vote for the BP's you want and let them 15 out of 21 change the system 😉 If you don't have the votes, you would need to convince the whales and the public why the change is in their interest Maybe EOS needs a change in the environment first. A change like Bullish.com maybe, where the Exchange provides the keys to the users, so they can vote?
