Can some admin contact me with FTX support? I claimed my

AURY from IDO page and send them to ftx.com and deposit didn't arrive. (it's been 17h now ?!)
I tried to buy AURY, withdrew it (to phantom wallet), and it worked ok, when I try to deposit back to FTX it doesn't work.
I raised 3 tickets to FTX but no response.
I did use correct address as I tried to deposit other coin through SOL network and it's credited almost instantly.
I check on blockchain and AURY is on that address that is my deposit address but they are not visible on my FTX account.
It seems my AURY SOL deposited address is jammed and does not let through deposits even tho there are coins on a blockchain.
Can some admin please highlight it to FTX support? this is outrageous?!

no, still not resolution but mine are 100% real AURY tokens, not ido redeemable tokens.
