Hello there good evening everyone, i was for quite a

bit a Swipe User (traveler), and now i have a really stupid question, long story short.. i realised just these days that i have a bunch of my travelsavings on my Swipe wallet which i had noticed that it was closed😭a few months ago when i wanted to use my Swipe Card and it didnt work anymore..

Now...my question is... without much hope of course because i assume there has been an email sent out to all the customers to withdrawl their funds 🤦🏼‍♂️... Is there any chance to get my savings back?

As we are working through all backlog of CSR issues I know some people may be frustrated. We are creating a process to help streamline everything as there are many duplicate tickets open. See below on how to get your ticket pushed through quickly Please consolidate all of your current issues into one email and send it to csr@swipe.io The email should contain the following: Your issue(s) Expected resolution Your Swipe Wallet username (if applicable) Your external wallet address (if applicable) Your Telegram ID Once we receive the email, you will receive an email confirmation back that its been received and assigned. This means the email is being actively worked on. With this process we are hoping to consolidate tickets and knock out any pending issues our users may have. While this is a bandaid solution for the short-term, our long-term fix for this is continuing our efforts to improve and scale our CSR, to hire an independent community management firm to work closely with our community, & implement our internal migrated processes. Thanks! Unfortunately i did not provide my external wallet, just my Swipe wallet adresse.. I also did not add the telegram ID hope that are not big Problems:( i assume a second mail with updated datas would make the things more complicated?😅
