I have raised 3 tickets regarding 3 missing Aurory (AURY)

deposits
1st was #143983 for the biggest amount (5 digits $)
2nd was #144541 for test amount of 0.1 AURY
3rd was #144545 for another test of 1 AURY

1st ticket (#143983) was created 12h earlier than 2nd (#144541) ticket and today only the 2nd ticket was solved which credits me with 0.1 AURY. I wish it was 1st april joke
My main deposit (#143983) for 5 digits of AURY is still missing. Can anyone look into it?
It has been 4 days now 😔😔😔
The AURY sits on my SOL FTX deposit address and all is wrong is just a display glitch

regarding message above. Few hours ago support solved 3rd ticket, the last one raised. BUT 1st ticket (#143983) is still not solved which contains my main AURY. Please, is this a joke? Support is crediting me with dust 0.1 and 1 AURY while not doing anything with the main deposit? Can you please urge the team to fix it properly, it has been 6 days now ?! #143983
