page ... when I log into my (token soft ?) account there to retrieve my sale purchase documents and I go to 'past transactions' a message pops up 'KYC currently closed'. is this been worked on ? I would like to go to that section for documentation purpose.
The documents were sent to your email after the sale. Check there.
what if I can't retrieve from there ? I wrote an email now to support at avaxnetwork
If you can’t find them, email support is your only option.
