Why too long ?

great tactic to steal money from customers.. blame the blockchain. I'm already more than 34 hours waiting for a withdrawal that should be in a maximum of 5 minutes, but of course, it's not your fault, it's the blockchain, right? they think I'm an idiot to accede to this lie.
