Still can't, you need to bridge it to your terra wallet. When your UST is in the Terra network after bridge you can proceed with the osmosis. Since you buy externally, you can move LUNA or UST to Osmosis by going to the assets tab on Osmosis and click "deposit" on Luna. This should force Keplr to generate you a Terra address which you can then see in the Keplr app and send tokens from another exchange to. This would then need to be transferred to the Osmosis blockchain via the deposit option on the Assets tab.
