Hello, i would like to ask you the following. If

i have bought 100 X token at 1 dollar each at spot and short 100 X token at 1 dollar each in futures (the X token doesn't count as collateral), is it possible to get liquidation? Lets say that my collateral is 100 dollars

OK, so lets say that i am in liquidation mode, what will happen with my position, because i still have 100 X tokens which are worth 100 dollars in the market. How the liquidation engine will work? What will do first? Will it close my short position or start to sell my spot X tokens first? Will my 100 X tokens be sold in the spot market immediately with market order the whole amount? If yes, will this mean that my liquidation will stop because selling the X token will give me more usd collateral? It is possible my balance to go to zero if i have bought 100 X tokens at spot and short 100 X tokens at future? If yes, how is that possible? Thanks

If the tokens do not count as collateral they won't be touched by the engine

Yes as you must still post collateral. If spot won't count then you must post other forms of collateral for that
