This is a great question IMO and something I’ve be...

I don't see how Kadena can actually work at scale. Proof of Work, sharded, basic geth fork? It's like they tool the worst part if every competing approach and somehow think they can cancel each other out. Probably they are doing okay right now because there's a lot of former eth miners who need to put their hashpower somewhere.

It doesn't make sense because it's clearly untrue. People in the crypto space don't research anything anymore. So projects just lie. Cardano proves you don't have to show any results for 5 years so why be honest with people if you'll have pulled out a couple of billion by that point and then launch your next big project, Dan Larimer style.
