My account 2910538 i withdraw 27.5 SOL at 2021-11-07 20.35.31 and

the proces was FAIL, i did not get my SOL to my wallet.

withdraw seri number 17076011

i reported this issue and got replay that i must wait 24hrs to be return.

but now after 24hrs, they sent an email said i must wait 72hrs again to wait for return.

what??? are you kidding me GATE????????? why you change this to 72hrs after i wait patienly as long 24hrs ????

why not return now?? its FAIL withdraw, why not return my 27.5 SOL ?? i was waiting this for 24 hrs, why not return yet????
