Sorry, but some situations require more than just trust. For example this issue which lasts for 6+ days
I have raised the issue again, if there's any update, i will inform you mate..
Please recommend tech team to make warning message on deposit/withdrawal pages until the issue will be fully resolved. It will help many people (and gate also) to prevent bad experience and money loses
