I'M also noticing in the various screenshots of this conversation

two accounts are showing, both colin.gm and colin5.gm. Are they both yours? Did you manually import a wrong account/key somewhere?

Well... I made the Colin.gm first then I withdrawe...

Ah got it. Yeah - that 6-word phrase has gotta match, which is why we try to ensure it does by printing/writing through the verification step 😅 Without the 6-words, did it let you import it, but then not sign transactions? If so then we may have a bug on our end we should fix.

I do have a paper with 6 words phrase written down which i truly believed was for this account but unfortunately... No I didnt not let me import it. I made it on my phone so in Anchor app i'm still logged in to the active account. So there is no bug on your end. However, if an active account can do almost everything as an owner account shouldnt i be able to transfer to another account, as im still logged? #wishfulthinking😂

Yeah - you should be able to transfer those tokens off that account to your new one.

Well... I made the Colin.gm first then I withdrawed some tlos from kucoin there to stake it. But got some errors (probably because of the active and owner) and was planning to do it later because had to study for exams. But then I couldnt log in to the owner anymore because i cant seem to find the correct 6-word encryption key😭😭 (i also thought it was in the pdf File). So very stupid mistake... So i made another one to stake there which is Colin5.gm
