You spent enough time bombarding me with alerts about how I should write nice things about you in a blog, post on social media about how great you are, and even record a deferential YouTube piece about what an amazing platform GATE is. I do happen to be a YouTuber, but just a piece of advice—if you want us to say nice things about you on YouTube, start communicating with your customers.
Because right now, you’re a shambles.
You haven’t answered a single ticket of mine for a month. I’ve asked @Senseibrr directly over and over but all you do @Senseibrr is tell me you’ll escalate these tickets. Well, just how much higher do they have to be escalated before someone has the damn courtesy to reply ? Kingdom Come??
But I’ve had enough now. This time, funds have gone missing and I want IMMEDIATE ACTION.
