" shared leadership with the right people can be very

powerful in decentralized communities." Agree but is it a bit utopic? If not do you have an example of a community where is working properly?

There are plenty of Gen 4 blockchains that have 5-10 times the community and 6-7 key leaders in the community that pick apart the founders in a very public way - even directly challenging their ideas and changing the direction of the chain at times. In EOS for a long, long time you were shamed, ostracized and banned for being “negative” and/or “spreading FUD” for pointing almost anything out that went against leadership and BPs with the most votes. That needs to change for any real significant progress to happen.

the problem is how can you get users to join a platform when community members are bashing each other ? the negativity has be controlled somehow otherwise is what new users will see when they start engaging with the community

That never happened. A few trolls got banned, that's it. You were an admin during this entire time, so if what you are saying "was true" (which it is not) then you are to blame because I do not know 1 single admin in here that ostracized and shamed anyone. Who did that exactly and where are the examples of such behavior if you don't mind me asking? I think it's important that people know what is real and what is imaginary here. Don't you?

I’m just saying the overall culture up until recently, not just this channel.

😳 You literally said "in EOS" just trying to get some clarity on who was doing that and to whom, and for what reason. So did it happen "in eos" or what?
