Please, can you ask some more competent person to look

into my ticket?
It’s been a month since I didn’t receive 1 out of 2 withdrawals. I made 2 identical EUR withdrawals to 2 different bank accounts, one the same day, hour, just 6 minutes apart. 1 transfer was processed and arrived to my bank next day, the second one to different bank is missing. The support failed to understand the issue, after weeks of asking, they provided me with confirmation of bank transfer, to the 1st bank that I said I received the deposit! But the issue is 2nd transfer to 2 bank. I never received it!
It's like they can’t understand that someone can send 2 transfers, with same amount to 2 different banks. I’m out of words and stress enough how disappointed I’m in FTX withdrawal service. For god sake, 1 month and no money. I write long comprehensive explanations and I receive 1 line answers!
