on governance staking and 5% fee if you want to unstake immediately.... is the 5% fee on the full staked amount or on the staking rewards?

I assume it’s based on the amount you wish to unstake right? So if you unstake 100 of the 1000 you got staked, you will be charged 5 orn (5% of 100)
