We do not have such a tool.

Is there any plans in the future for such a tool or Library? Because I know a Orion wants to eventually aggregate everything but if it's up to the Orion team to integrate everything that's thousands of chains. How will it ever get done? Isn't it best to have that heavy burden be decentralized and crowdsourced?

It's possible to integrate into another chain. but this is not a thing that will be done just by the tool as it is involved by both parties. Technology like this needs a process like what we are doing with Elrond or Avalanche for example.

Could you give me just a little bit of an overview of what that process would look like? I realized that the Orion team has limited developers so how much of it resides on Orion's side versus the chains side? For smaller chains that want to be part of the Orion ecosystem but may not have a great amount of resources, what do they do?
