No. What happens if there is a default that affects $25 billion of coins, and RSR is only $1 billion mcap?

If these two events happened within a week of each other, there would be a problem. But outside of that... (I'm speculating)

You could make a case that, if RSyield was $25bn, and RSR mcap was $500m, the yields would be insane and the market would price correct
