There isn't a set amount, the amount of RSR staked in one particular stablecoin will vary constantly and will be a function of the ongoing APY. If a collateral defaults, enough RSR will be seized from the pool of staked RSR, affecting each staker proportionally.

I see, thanks! So if the RSR staked is roughly the same value of the RSX marketcap, essentially RSX would be 200% collateralized which makes it very stable for the RSX users.
