Hi Alex, Injective labs is located in US. Are we

allowed to pay influencers? Is this a problem due to regulation? I was told we haven't paid any influencer directly yet.

Injective Labs is a contributor to Injective Protocol. The foundation behind Injective is separate. While Injective Labs hasn't paid influencers yet, it can work on marketing initiatives that doesn't target the US

Could you explain what you mean by "initiatives that doesn't target the US?" Does this mean influencers living and located in US? For instance if an influencer lives in Australia, because YouTube can reach US, that isn't an option?

It's best effort basis, this is also why sometimes you see dead videos that say "this video is not available in your region" btw.

There are quite a few restrictions on that. Injective Labs theoretically can engage with influencers not based in the USA to talk about the Injective Pro Relayer with a lot of disclaimers in place.
