There is something I cannot understand... Scenario 1 I had 3.4M Mex

and once the pool was available I staked them all and locked for 1 year obtaining a x2 LKMEX in my wallet. I compounded interest too so that I got 0.6M Mex added in the pool.
Results: Yesterday I had 4M MEX and 8M LKMEX.
Scenario 2
Tokenomics changed and Elrond shill everywhere withdraw abd restake to apply new model that is far far better...
I withdrawed
Now I have 3.4 MEX staked and 0.6M LKMEX
Maybe I am wrong but I feel like today half my token are missing...
Moreover:
1 New MEX pool interest are paid in LKMEX, what will happen if I compound them? Will LKMEX change back in MEX?
2 Since LKMEX will soon be farmable, yesterday I had 8M LKMEX today 0.6M... It is clear my revenue from farming won't be comparable
Maybe I miss something but it seems to me this new tokenomics tale is born in the shadow
