It can take some time for the swap to happen. That other address you see is the 3rd party account that ultimately makes the swaps.

OK, well, cross-chain swaps aren't like normal intra-chan swaps. THey take longer because the 3rd party has to do their thing. It's a new feature and perhaps it will speed up in time. I've seen that in some cases people waited a number of hours. So for now I would suggest waiting.

I will add that the wait times might also be due to how slow BTC is. If BTC is taking a long time to complete txns then there probably isn't much that can be done.
