Yes, bots are common, and can be used in both helpful and harmful ways. Usually good to have a balance which in many cases includes bot defense (I.e. bot protocols specifically designed to combat front running).

Think you guys will find from beni's latest tweet he agrees with the fairness comments on this, and crypto in general. This view is what has made elrond so great in many peoples minds, and this is why a lot are disillusioned recently with ride. But the team are on it 🚀 as they realise that it will be the difference in them going big time. Include everyone, bring everyone along for the ride. Love it.

Nope. Nothing fair in taking the profits from someone who obtained them in a legal way. Isn’t this supposed to be decentralized? Nobody should take such decisions. I know they can’t take the profit by force, but just the idea that they intervened. Just because of some cry babies which don’t understand how things work. Now there is a precedent and people will expect this every time they won’t make profit on something.

On about him making roads into blocking bots and making it harder for a few to gather the major share. It's not good in many ways. Not just financially for x, y, z. Ride is more likely to get dumped on in future by big holders, who wants that? More people involved and invested means more widespread use and uptake. You have to think about the big picture too.
