Non custodial wallets are decentralized as is the Blockchain and in the process of becoming more so. Don't confuse payment providers and onboarding ramps with the Blockchain, they need to comply with regulations otherwise they would be no more

On MultiversX blockchain you can't get normal BTC. After you get WBTC you can send it using https://ad-astra.multiversx.com/

It's not that complicated, well maybe the first time you do it. When you go to another country you can't just buy things with your native cash, right? First you need to swap it. Something like that is happening here also. We can't have a different token from other blockchain on it's native state on our own blockchain. I think you can do it. You need to have Metamask install on the phone, through

I dont know with egld ,but if i have ethereum i can swap to any eth token and viceversa on uniswap without having to send it anywhere, i was expecting it to be as easy as this,i would have to use a cex it looks like it

wrapped btc is not on a lot of chains natively. many evm chains bridge wbtc from ethereum. I see a good alternative to it ibtc from polkadot but MvX has not yet a bridge with polkadot parachains . I hope MvX can have its own Xbtc all in app from btc adress from xportal. wait. I think dev already thought about that

Yes, correct, you can swap to any ETH token, because those tokens are on Ethereum blockchain. Even on ETH blockchain, you don't have BTC, you have WBTC This is how things work for now. Probably things will change in the future and we will be able to swap from any token to other, no matter the blockchain:)

Yes, but you need metamask in order receive the WBTC from MultiversX blockchain to ethereum blockchain.

You can buy the WBTC with xPortal. If you want to transfer it you ethereum you need a metamask wallet, when you use ad-astra bridge

For the BTC on Xportal you can just swap them. There is a "swap" section from main page. For the BTC on metamask, if you don't want to go through cex, you need to bridge them. Dunno which bridge is better, sorry

Never tried, but you can choose BTC or WBTC in the swap section. I presume you can do it
