Max supply is the absolute highest possible number of coins issued on chain. This number doesn't change. 10B Total supply is the current total amount of coins issued on chain at any specific time. This number changes with inflation and deflation. 355M Circulating supply is the total supply minus the coins in accounts that are not in circulation. Some of these accounts are; the reserve, frozen accounts with no keys, some system contracts. This number changes and is debatable. ~190M
