Done 👇🏽, Hi Swissborg, Well my suggestion goes to the account recovery process. After learning about the temporal unabling of logging in with secret phrases, I would love swissborg to establish other account recovery process because of the difficulty and stress I passed through during the days I had challenges and issues with my SMART PHONE. I had to snap and snap and snap my ID to on different occasions and devices. I have issues on my ID details @being faded or wiping and it slower my verification process. Please you guys should enable uploading of document from gallery because I have clearer soft copy of plastic valid ID.. Moreover, ITs high time swissborg established the web version or pc version of Swissborg app. I had issues with my device the previous week and I tried logging in with my PC but couldn't find any means to . Thanks in anticipation as you take heeds to my complaints and suggestions. Yours Faithfully, Jbrus.
