Hi admins, I have questions about the 21days unbounding period

please: 1.is it Injective or the validators who are imposing this period? 2. Why and how this period has been chosen (why not 10d. instead of 21d.)? 3. Will it stay everytime 21d. Or will it change over time? Thanks

21 days is a standard period in most cosmos based project. This has been selected at the protocol level and not by the validator. If the community wants, ti can be lowered to governance. Since it is an on chain parameter, the team cannot alter it on its own. It is subject to change but the proposal would have to pass through governance
