showed on kava platform for usdx shows 0,99 usd , and busd shows 1,00 usd
but on swap shows 1 usdx to busd only 0,96 busd... how its that possible? if busd= 1 that means 1 usdx is 0,99 busd (0,99 usd) but on swap there is almost 3% difference...
Are you familiar with the Constant Product Formula?
The $0.99 is a price feed from Ascendex, while the KavaSwap price is completely independant and depends on which direction swaps have been going. Where a big difference exists usually a user will take advantage to arbitrage the price difference to make a profit. If Ascendex isn't open for deposits/withdrawals or has insufficient liquidity or the BUSD deputy is empty then it may not be possible to profit from the difference to bring the two prices together
Now SWP reward for BUSD/USDX pool is decreased (it now only 68%). So If we lend usdx, We got 40%(kava&hard) reward + delegate this kava reward we got(34%). It is more profitable on LEND? It right sir?
So many variables when comparing SWP vs lending. With swap you also have to worry about IL and then that APY is very dependent on what the value of HARD or SWP will be when the rewards are eventually unlocked.
