Trust wallet and atomic wallet are strange situations ,I don't know if this apps gives the icx private key ,they only have the 12 words but this is a general protection for all tokens,I don't know

You can derive the private key with the 12 words passphrase but is not something a user with no knowledge of cryptography will be able to easily do
