ask you one question?
When will eos etp be released?
I don't know the answer to this. I know it was delayed as a result of the freeze.
the freeze on further vesting occurred because b1 tried to sell something it DID NOT OWN in exchange for Brock's shares in b1. Brock knew this was the case yet he proceeded anyway. so you should stop gaslighting the community. especially if Helios wants to salvage any hope of convincing us its interests are actually aligned with that of the broader community
what am I gaslighting about?
I think you may have prematurely booted me from edenoneos telegram chat for a it's a wonderful life meme , I get tensions may have been higher than I thought , I am an eos enthusiast , and regardless of the direction I support eos ecosystems. Maybe it wasn't you idk, but I'd like to be in chat if possible , if not whatever I deal with it
i dont remember if i did, but ill add you back :)
That's a righteous gesture , much appreciated!!
It says you're added when I look for you...but I don't see us with the shared group?
you're aware b1 attempted to exchange something they DID NOT OWN for Brock's shares in the company. and Brock had to know all along this was highly questionable and that the network would likely not allow it to happen. he had to know such a deal was improper and would screw the community YET AGAIN. but you're in here pretending the network did some thing wrong and Brock is just punishing the offenders as if that's perfectly normal. no, it's not normal. in fact, it's patently absurd, insulting, and revealing.
To me the only thing revealing is how lousy Telegram chats are to facilitate two opposing views work out their differences. The primary form of gaslighting going on is the propagation of this narrative that B1 sold something that they didn't own. First off, its not like some external 3rd party came into the picture and dumped a bunch of cash on B1 for those EOS. That’s not at all what happened. This was far more closer to an internal transfer of assets that didn't even need to be announced and the final result would've been the same. B1 (which included Brock and his equity therein) decided to hand over the responsibility of managing a portion of their social contract (the VC part) to Brock (essentially a part of B1), and he will then collect those vesting EOS to support the VC mission. There was no "sale" in the traditional sense. In terms of screwing the community, if EOS price go up is what the community wanted, they just screwed themselves. Brock was going to do things that would've led to a tonne of exposure and public awareness of EOS. Love him or hate him, the guy has a platform and is a skilled speaker. The work that he's done for BTC was going to be done for EOS, if not more. Is it gaslighting to suggest that would be good for the price of EOS? I'm not in here pretending anything other than the network's move was not in the best interest of token price appreciation. This is just my opinion of course, that is impossible to prove with certainty. In terms of Brock "punishing the offenders" how exactly is he doing that? Token holders are punishing themselves by pushing Brock away. Brock is simply being forced to change a bunch of plans he had for EOS due to many reasons. One of which is he no longer has a stream of EOS coming into the Helios treasury to work with.
Agree. Brock involved exposing EOS to the world cannot be a bad thing. Who really knows his personal motives but I cannot see that he wants to do harm to the community. It's easy to insult him but he seems to be doing more than 99% of us
