I think most of that is based upon the current DPO...

So...does this mean that the Telos Foundation will need to chart their own course in regards to development of their own chain? That would be cool. I think the work that the Telos team has done on the EVM proves that they are more than capable. But, if Telos wanted to enjoy the features that Dan and his team are to develop, it would mean that governance on Telos would need to change. From what I see, this means that being able to adopt the developments that Dan's team come out with would mean any EOS.IO chain would need to make some pretty big adjustments to their governance model and, the longer it takes for adoption of said changes...the larger the difference from the original governance model and code.
