This doesn't do anything really for the chain in terms of direct economic value creation, but what it does is demonstrate that a public blockchain is trusted by large institutional players to provide tamper-evidence, that could be tracked in real-time. This can be used basically as real-time compliance and is something that has yet to really get traction but could be a major cost savings for institutions with high compliance burdens. This is more about public perception and trust.

Telos could certainly handle it. I don't know about the bullish plans. I hope they list TLOS of course. I'm not convinced that simply writing hashes to a chain provides that much benefit to the chain to be honest.
