has stolen my money. I have honestly escalated my ticket 3 times here in this Telegram with Greg & Alex (twice with Greg). I’ve had a Ticket open for 5 days and there has been ZERO response even though I’ve sent 3 messages. The money I sent has been locked for 10 days. This is unbelievable, very frustrating, and not acceptable. Does anyone know what I can do (BESIDES GREG OR ALEX SAYING “PLEASE DM ME”, THAT HAS NOT WORKED)???

You guys need to stop quoting 48-72 hours for ticket resolution. Mine has been way longer. Why do you keep on saying that when you know full well it’s not true? If you are an admin, and you have actually escalated my ticket 3 times, then why is there not even an ACKNOWLEDGMENT (first response) to my ticket. This is the worst customer service I have seen. You need to improve.
