From my civilian work I have been a leader of

26 people, responsible of hiring consultants for one of the largest IT companies in the Nordic countries, handled economy and reported upwards and also agreements in both public and non-public sector.

I think that the way my life experience has forged me, is the reason I want to build something that is applicable to everyone. Regardless of culture, political view, region, color and gender. I also believe that some of the governance models being bult on blockchains will revolution the world and become a true – false democracy until we break the code and remove the false. We are not there yet by any chance, but we are getting there.

I will not change Telos the way it is built today. The heritage from the past 3y is important to maintain and adopt new innovation and technology and communities. We need it all to become a major player in the space, and we need transparency and structure and even reports we can provide to our members. I feel this is an area we are not delivering optimally, so that would be my first topic of interest.

I’m also a strong believer of synergy, it doesn’t mean that we expose our inner secrets to the public, but we utilize the best from multiple worlds. It’s a learning curve from the law of the jungle to build that trust with others, but isn’t that what we are building already, DPOS and BfT ?
I’m a rhetorical person. I ask questions so both parties understand the need and consequences. And I’m good at solving complex problems. I may sound like a dreamer, and I am. A technocrat, an ideologist, logical, use rhetorics and I’m so curious so I dig into a problem faster than most and I enjoy it.

So to summarize my speech. Synergy, Awareness, Needs, Trust, Consequences. If we want to be a player in this space we need to embrace it all, where others see competition I see opportunities.

I’m happy to join a Video AMA one day as I believe that’s the best way of looking at my body language when I answer tricky questions. Afterall, the sum of the people of the board is the success for the next year.
