=> I get 4.46% in BUSD and 23.90% in HARD

I borrow 1,000 BUSD
=> I pay 5.69% in BUSD and I get 32.01% in HARD

Right?

Kava, Hard and SWP rewards all are locked for 12 months (or reduced for 1 month unlock) If you are staking Kavav there is a 21 day undelegating period but the staking rewards are immeditaly liquid
