When analysing the final leaderboard/results the team should bear in mind that some users might have share the same computer or laptop to participate in the testnet due to the nature of the contest that requires Keplr wallet extension and only accessible on laptop/computer and not everyone have access to personally computer (PC) but could have share with others. Hence, such users of same computer or laptop or IP shouldn't be disqualified or consider cheaters so far as no such abnormalities of transferring of funds to same wallet to boost their ranking is not done. Lolz 😂😂 Definitely not 5 or 10 which is probably cheating. But anything within or between 2 or 3 could be in logical conclusion be friends or family or colleagues sharing the same IP or computer

This is not make sense, I can agree that it’s fair if didn’t do any fund transfer between account. But if you use the same IP or PC can I considered you are on a team? Like join competition and win more prize and share 2gether to maximise your prize. For example, I got an account is top 11 and other is top 60 or more on top 211, so add together and divide to get more prize.
