Please make me understand I own a lot of swipe Before

i had a token that was a representation of all dev, code, services and community.
Now from my stand point of view it is given away to binance for some insider uknown bonuses
How does swipe token holder benefit?
He gets a new token representing a chain.
In my view it is donating value for a new currently worthless token. Where am I wrong?

Binance now own Swipe the company, fully. SXP is now Solar (previously swipechain). SXP will now be it's own community project + will be used for utility fees on swipe.io eg cards
