These are all required just to play catch up with other chains, but isn't new. We need to spend money to attract devs, cast a wide net, if only 10% succeed that is great. New devs doing innovative things will attract users for the investment opportunity. Devs won't come here on their own very quickly because we don't have users. We need to accelerate our spend to keep up.

Agreed, got to get the top notch devs that are creating the viral apps on other chains to come over.. More importantly , need to be on exchanges where the masses with liquidity reside, such as Binance. Focus should be on both.. Posting never ending stories about why Telos EVM is better than others is not going to cut it. TF should create a DEV Technical Support centre to facilitate onboarding of top Devs and they should be promoting hackathons with enticing prize money
