Is tlos required to be held at any point ?

Hardly any other chain has such strong governance tools. It might not have major direct/short term impact but real world/other crypto projects using Telos will surely benefit us in the long run

I could be wrong (I'm still learning), but from what I can tell users of Decide Voter will require a wallet that interacts with Telos dApps. So more users of Decide mean more potential users of other Telos dApps. The goal should be to draw users of Decide further into the Telos ecosystem...this is then good for tlos holders.

Yes one way of doing that is outbound where you create a governance of your dApp in Telos Decide and the the community can vote and also be exposed to other communities, hopefully fetching their interest. Another way and also what I would love to see is inbound where your dApp attract users and then within the same interface, proposals may be made, but other treasuries are also available. That way more individuals will be aware of Decide Voter and indirectly the governance model of Telos.
