Our main objective is still to provide citizens from hyperinflation-affected countries with a stable currency they can use in their daily lives. The fact is that building in that market is significantly more difficult than building anywhere else, and that's the reason why we have relatively little competition in that market. As an example, PayPal has always decided not to work in Venezuela due to the heavy regulations they'd have to abide by. People that use PayPal in Venezuela often gets their accounts shut down because of it. Regarding the PayPal Coin, we don't know what it is yet, how it is set up, or what it'll be used for. My guess is that it'll be the BUSD of PayPal (which means it'll just be another way to use PayPal, but you'll get incentivized for using the coin as PayPal can earn money on it).
