I helped them improve the performance, and they're running smoothly in the past few months. The only incident was when the ecurve hacker created a million accounts in a couple of hours. Everything stopped at that time.

Do you know why Upland does not allow us access to our EOS wallet private key? I can see my EOS address in profile but cannot access the wallet.

as far as I remember, they provide you access to the private key after you have some history of purchases in the game. But I don't know the details. Didn't really play it
